Had a wonderful stay. Very close to downtown and attractions whether you choose to walk to the venues or to catch a quick Uber or Lyft. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again !

Close to the stadiums for events, which is great if you're going to one. It's not as good if you need to park, because the free street parking is closed during events, requiring you to get into a backyard spot which can be blocked by the neighbors (not the host's fault). Close to the Vine MARTA stop as well, which is very convenient. Neighborhood is being rehabilitated, with a mix of old and fixed up places. So is this home, more then 100 years old, but completely remodeled into a dedicated rental space. It's nice inside and well organized, but there's still some work being done, especially on the floor and the bathroom for one of the rooms. Overall, a great value for the price and the location, with a couple of workable quirks. George was great, and helped us out with an hour early entry, which wasn't required, but was much appreciated.

Great location and easily walkable to the stadium and arena, slight incline coming out of the neighborhood and come out right across gate 1 to the stadium. Parked one car out on the street and didn't have any problems with it being messed with. The in room bathrooms are pretty small and showers are tight. There is a half bath in the hallway near the living area that is a lot more open. The place was great and George was an awesome host. Will stay again when going to another event up that way.
